Fathom Pacific Coral Sea Charter

Scope of Work

The PMG Pride was chartered to Fathom Pacific to monitor the spawning of the deep sea Lanternfish and blue fin tuna in the Coral Sea. Rov’s were deployed to depths of up to 800m for observation and sampling.

Also involved in the project was MV Alucia with Sir David Attenborough onboard filming. Once the PMG Pride was setup as per the clients request she then sailed to Cairns to load the client’s plant and equipment. The vessel returned to Cairns to demobilise the plant and equipment after successfully completing the client’s requirements.
