Scope of Work

Pacific Marine Group was contracted to fabricate and install a new public ferry pontoon following the design contract. This included the driving and sleeving of 6 piles for fitting of new pontoon and gangways to the existing structure. Redundant fender piles were removed, the shelter was replaced and refurbishment of the jetty componentry was complete. In addition PMG completed bed levelling and survey for the ferries to utilise the new pontoon from the existing swing basin.

  • Provide crewed tugs and barges for the transport of project materials and equipment.

  • Provide construction and dive crews for construction works.

  • Drive piles, replace shelter, refurbish jetty and install pontoon and gangways.

  • Provide overall coordination with the project team and stakeholders to fit with the project’s construction sequence and program.
